A lobby in the Sky
The site's elevated position and generous terrace makes it a unique amenity, however this was not reflected in its occupancy.
Working against an existing geometry established by the building's core facilities, the project used curved lines more aligned with the building's iconic exterior form to generate a more appealing space for tenants' use.
Custom millwork
Brightly colored furniture in unconventional forms populate the lobby alongside custom millwork pieces creating spaces for individual and group working alike.
Rebranding an icon
The new owners commissioned the design of a new logo to align with the revitalised skylobby.
